I wanted to create some different effects on each sock to see what is possible. Choosing the socks as a fabric to colour was a total coincidence. I had bought a new pack of white socks and figured it’d be perfect for an experiment. I thought I’d be a nice way to get some samples and see if it would be suitable as an actual usable item. I got a lot of findings and new ideas from these sock experiments.So, I want to use some of the happy accidents to my advantage.
